Shipping policy

All order placed during the pre-order period, will ship mid-late October. I will keep you guys updated via email, so please make sure you are subscribed to receive our email marketing.

We ship everywhere world-wide.

Processing

Please allow 1- 3 days for all order processing. Orders are only processed and shipped  Monday - Friday, excluding US federal holidays. If you place your order on the weekend, please note the processing doesn't start until the next business day.

Shipping

Domestic delivery: 1 - 3 days

INTL delivery: 7 - 21 days* 

All orders are shipped via USPS unless you have selected another method of shipping at checkout.

*Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both. 

As soon as your shipment is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer in control. The carrier does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number. Please contact the carrier directly if you have any more questions about your shipment. 

Local drop off is available for customers who live within a 5 mile radius of the Prosper Planner Warehouse. The service charge for this is $5, which is less than the USPS shipping rate. Please note that local drop offs will be made on Saturdays/Sundays, thus you may experience a longer wait time if you order on a earlier day of the week. 

For pickup orders, please leave your cell phone number in the notes. We will text you the location of pickup and confirm a time to meet at my warehouse from the hours of: M-F 6pm - 7:30pm S-S 8am - 11am. If these hours do not work for your schedule please select the drop off or mail carrier service. 

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. We are unable to accommodate planner cover style changes, cancellations or exchanges, as well as any name or shipping address changes after an order has been placed.  We do not have the ability to contact shipping companies to correct shipping addresses after the checkout process. 

If you have received a damaged/defective item from an order placed in our online shop, please contact us, within 7 days of receipt,  with your name, order number, nature of the issue, and attach a photo to your email.  We can not process a return for damages if the product has been written in or used. 

Affiliate details

We want to make sure that you are a current customer of Prosper Planner. This means that you have shopped with us and genuinely love our product and support our mission.

You must have a PayPal account to receive your commission.

As an affiliate you will has access to Prosper Planner banners/ads for your blogs and a unique coupon code. All the affiliate coupons offer a discount of 5% towards any order. When someone uses your affiliate link you will receive 5% commission of the entire sale. (tax and shipping not included)

You request must be approved. Spots are limited and will be revised every 3 months. We want to give everyone a chance to become an affiliate so if there is a high demand, your spot may be canceled and given to another person. 

In order to receive your payout, you must reach a threshold of $50.

Our Prosper Planner covers and page layouts are not customizable.  We do not have the ability to include personal or company logos on your planner.
