By pre-ordering you are helping us fulfill our production and shipping obligations. Because we appreciate your trust and support, you will receive $5 off regular price, an instant PDF download of yearly vision board, yearly goals, and month of Janaury - total 45 pages, daily to-do list printable, and a special gift with purchase.

Will when my planner arrive?

Your planner will arrive the 1st or 2nd week of January, 2019. We are currently in production from an overseas factory. The goods are expect to arrive to the US during the last week of December 2018. As soon as we get the planners, we will ship them out to you.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

We are currently have a pre-order sale that is $5 off our regular price.

CAN YOU SEND A NOTE OR GIFT WRAP AN ORDER BEING SHIPPED AS A GIFT?

Yes, we can! Please send a short 1-2 sentence in the notes of your order along with the name of the gifter and giftee. We do not offer gift wrapping but our shipping presentation is simple and elegant.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do! We will process all international orders using PayPal invoices. Please contact us at prosperplanner@gmail.com and put “International Order” in the subject line.

DO YOU SELL TO BOUTIQUES?

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE PRODUCTS OR ADD A NAME?

Unfortunately not right now. We are currently designing products that will allow us to emboss initials into the cover. Sign up to stay in the loop.

DO YOU OFFER DONATIONS FOR FUNDRAISERS?

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER TO CUT OUT THE SHIPPING COST?

Unfortunately, we are currently not able to offer pick up orders.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY? 

Unfortunately, we are currently not offering refunds or exchanges. However, if we send you the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days, and we will send you the correct item.
